Great to hear the old bike names being used
I passed my motorcycle test on one of these way back in 1967. Registration number 4401 D Wow that was more than 40 years ago. I actually only paid five quid for it and that was damn cheap even back then. They were good bikes but run with a two stroke engine and a bit smokey. Suffered with rust to the frame and front fork areas but there is still a good few about with collectors and enthusiasts.

Ariel was a British bike made up through the 1950's. They were great bikes - and the Square Four version is becoming highly collectible.

You can also find out lots of info by going to one of the British motorcycle shows around the country. There are lots of them going on each summer, and the owners love to fill you with facts and figures.
