(When charges of sexual misconduct are made).

Has someone who has been raped, its easy for me to say, yes, I agree. But, actually, Ill have to disagree, at least for a small percentage of situations. There are those women who lie about such things for whatever reason they may have, in which case, I hope "she" gets the punishment she attempted to afflict on the man.

It's a lot easier for a man to say "I didn't do it" than it is for a woman to suffer the humiliation of admitting she was raped or even sexually harassed in the workplace. Not to mention having to deal with the people who will inevitably think she's lying. Try to imagine yourself being sexually assaulted by a man larger than you, then having to describe it to doctors, police officers, and lawyers. Could you go through with it?

no, i do not agree with that in any way whatsoever. you can get good people and bad people, but no specific gender is good or bad. i especially disagree with the 1st answer 2 this question.
