Computor History? How is the history made when the computor has password lock, can history come from elsewhere

My computor is password secure, password only known to myself and 1 other. Some disturbing History has come up, if from neither of us where has it come from. It is a wireless set up, this is causing a few problems, can anyone help?

Most users and geeks would not know how to 'insert' history.

Look at the dates of the history, and you'll figure out who is causing the hits. It might be innocent. I sometimes get some odd history from links on the pages I visit.
