if i get in the garage before my husband then i have to go upstairs (10 steps) inside the house. but if i don't then i have to go upstairs outside of the house (15 steps) either way through a hallway, through the family room, through the dining room, then finally into the kitchen in the back of the house. oh i usually have my 6 month old daughter with me too. i wish i could pull into my back yard and toss them through the window. ( just the groceries not my daughter of course)

Yes. Through the garage and open 2 doors, go up the stairs and open a 3rd door walk about 50 yards and open a 4th door walk 15 more yards and finally I'm in my kitchen.

It's like 30 feet from my garage to my kitchen door, garage is detached. But I always get a good laugh since as soon as I open my door my cat comes out and then plays supervisor of the entire process, she walks me from the garage to the house repeatedly. I guess she wants to make sure I'm doing it right! Mommy's little helper!!
