I wouldn't be that impressed with the restaurant.

Good, tasty beef needs to be 'hung' for a while after the bull (or cow) has been slaughtered. The carcass should be hung for at least a week - and the really good, high quality beef is often hung a lot longer.

So, in answer to your question - No I wouldn't eat it. I would ask for an aged steak as they taste so much better.

Not likely. I would probably not go to a restaurant that killed the bull right in front of me...I'm not naive or anything. I know where beef comes from, but I really don't need to SEE the whole process that an animal goes through to become dinner. I used to work at a chicken processing plant, I stopped eating chicken. I was just better off imagining chicken came from the grocery store....didn't need to SEE the whole process.

Sounds like the Restaurant at the end of the Universe except that bull killed itself.

I wouldn't eat at a restaurant that serves bull meat; it would be too tough.

The steak I had last night came from a steer named Lucky. That was one tasty critter!

You can get a good look at a T Bone by sticking your head up a bull's *** but wouldn't you just rather take the butcher's word for it?

No, good steak needs to be rested for quite a while before it is cooked.

As long as I hadnt made friends with the animal first, I'de be a hypocrit if I refused to eat it, as I eat unknown animals everyday, and so do most other people.

Well, I asked to eat it and if I didn't I would be a hypocrite. So, I would eat as long as I didn't know the bull.

no i wouldn't.. i also love lobster - but could never chose one out of a tank...and condem it...my food has to be served up...not looking in any way, shape or form...like an animal - that includes a fish having to be served without the head...feels like the eyes are looking at me..then i feel guilty!!
