The Undertaker used it first, then Owen Hart, then Kane, then Tommy Dreamer.

When Owen Hart did it, he did a sit down version, hinking he was inventing a new move and making history, he used it on Stone Cod Steve Austin, he had said numerous times before the match he didnt want him to perform the move on him. Hart did, and it broke Austin's neck. Austin broke his neck numerous times afterwards later in his career, which has lead to his eventual retirement to prevent ending up in a Wheelchair.

Taker has only broken Bret Hart's neck with the move.

Kane hasn't broken a neck with the move as he only uses it rarely.

Tommy Dreamer probably broke some necks in the old ECW, but I haven't watched too many videos of him doing it so I cant be sure.
