I'm an Aquarius female and I just realized that I'm not really?

I'm not really attracted to Aquarius Males mainly because of their aloofness. That's the only word I can think of to describe it.

Do men find Aquarius women to be aloof?

Ooh, you know what? I think I used the wrong word. I don't think of them as unfriendly or detached, but more like "I'm so busy thinking about all my own thoughts that I'm not sure I care that much about yours."

To be honest, I can be like that sometimes even though my friends may not even know. :o)

Hi Spacedo... I think I know what you mean. Aquarius is one of the most friendly of signs and yet there is a 'detached' air about them. They're the type of people who have loads of friends and associates but few get really close to them. They couldn't be more helpful and caring but in a way they do hold themselves 'aloof' from others. Aquarians can find it difficult to engage emotionally with people and they won't want a dependent sort of relationship that might tie them down. They will always need a degree of freedom and independence, even in their closest relationships. Yes, I think that goes for the female Aquarius, as well as the male!

i realised there are 2 types of aquarius' - the same 'aloof' type you're talking about; and then there's the loud, i wanna be noticed type. i personally prefer the aloof type. but of all the female aquarius i've known they're all quite loud. besides, you're usually not attracted to someone of the same sign, it's usually your polar opposite. in your case, that would be leo. so if you're the quiet aquarius, you'd do good to balance out a crazy, upbeat leo...

NO WAY!! it s true, some aquarians are led by saturn and they are calm, quiet but never aloof, more like kind of 'observing' type and the others led by uranus, those are the crazy, 'notice me' types. no matter which one, an aquarius is the loneliest sign among others because of its strong intellectual side. no other sign - except gemini an libra to an extend, can understand an aquarian thoroughly, because we dont want to deal with the daily common routine of others but prefer living in the future, we are bound to loneliness. maybe that's why some people find us 'aloof'

when it comes to leo men, they believe they are absolutely the genius kind, and the world rotates around them, they are the sun, as you know, so they go crazy when an aquarian woman tells them what is right, and especially when they realize that she is really right. they are extremely jealous because they can never beat an aquarian intellectually.
