I need to make my truck faster and eliminate the speed regulator, my truck's velocimeter shows 120 but the truck does not go any faster then 100 mph.
how to get more spped out of it?

there are a few things you can due. first option is doing a power programmer versus a new chip being burnt for it. like a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner prt # SRC-1815 or a Hypertech Power Programmer III prt # HYP-41043, then you can install a free flowing exhaust system and a k&n cold air intake system. the only thing is the limit of your budget. most of this stuff if not all of it you can get from places like jegs.com or summitracing.com. good luck and hope this helps a little.

These vehicles have a speed limiter programmed into the pcm.Chips no longer exist in new model vehicles Because of the trucks high center of gravity.It,s a major safety issue.A pcm power programmer like sct can get into the pcm and remove the limiter.But not trying to be smart why would you want to go over 100 mph with a truck that was not really designed for it..

Install low 3'S gear ratio in the rear axle

replace the ECM chip.
more speed and 100 more HP.
