53 bank has online banking, but you may not have them in your area. Try Teachers Credit Union. You may have to check banks in your area and ask about them. Once you get a checking account and or savings account there, then you can have the online account.

Are you talking about completely online? Or a bank that has both physical banks with online banking? Alot of banks have began offering online banking. I have Wachovia and they are very good about personalized attention and answering all your questions through email. I mainly use online banking. I can transfer money between accounts, enroll in bill pay, see what I spent, see what interest I made, fees, actual scanned copies of the checks I have written. It's a great way to keep track of everything and not get an outdated monthly statement in the mail!! But I also like the real bank because the employees are all helpful in person and they have ATMs all over so I don't get a fee when I withdraw money because there's always a Wachovia ATM closeby.
