Yes, you are correct. manipulating fact is one of the mainstays of the misguided left. another is blowing smoke so as to divert attention from the issues of self-rightousness and ignorance.

I would think by now that most all of the USA would be united in the fact that we need a change in this country. I thought that every one here wanted to be free. That is what this country is supposed to be about.... Freedom and democracy!!! With Bush in charge he has managed to take away much of our freedom. We need to all get our backbone and stand up to terrorism ourselves here at home...If its even real and not something the administration played out to start a war. With all the lies (to many to list) at this point almost anything would be believable. The patriot act took away what we fought for in this country. I think any one who don't want there freedom should leave. Including Bush.
Besides I still don't understand how we were tricked into believing that we needed to go to war with countries that had nothing to do with the world trade center. The terrorist were from our good friends the Saudi's and the UAI.
I think we all need to pay more attention to what our politicians are doing regardless if they are democrat or republican.

How can we say that Bush/cheney started the war in Iraq? Simple:
Iraq was not involved in the 9/11 attacks. They had nothing to do with it.
Got it?

Your facts are completely wrong but we come to expect that from the lunatic fringe of the right wing.
It sure looks to the rest of the World that Bush wanted to finish the job his father started. And he did it for a reason that turned out to be false, if not a downright lie about WMDs.
Lucky the Democrats are getting back in
I quote Scott Adams, "Meanwhile, the Democrats are poised for a big win during the next election based on their excellent track record of doing nothing for years. Doing nothing might not sound like a good strategy to you, but if you compare it to what happens when the government actually does something, you can make an argument."
