Depends on what you are into. I'm no soccer fan so I would never pick that....nor would I call it an action game.

Counter Strike (though ancient) still is one of my all time favorites.
Cost: about a candy bar if you can find it.

cost might not grab ya

but Splinter Cell Double Agent and RainbowSi Las Vegas are the best.
