Your Ob/gyn should prescribe a prenatal vitamin for you to take during the pregnancy. Do not take anything else without his/her permission because they will know what the risks are.

Prenatal vitamins which is a multi-vitamin that is specifically designed for pregnant women.

If you can't take them because they make you sick pls get in touch with your dr to see what other things they can recommend that will help you (the mom to be) to get the vitamins you need while the baby grows.
