Sounds like a non-defiens term, but I imagine it shares a similar definition to that of socio-economic information. Your political stance as it relates to your place in society (socio-economic status is your economic class and corresponding 'level' in society).

I would imagine socio-political info would be used by politicians in order to determine campaign areas and grassroots strength...also maybe for political scientists and sociologists who study the relationships of political affiliation and social status.
