I like to get to know the other people so I try to ask some open ended questions and let me tell them about themselves and their life. Politics and religion are off limits, these two subjects are too controversial and can get volatile.

Well I guess good sense of humor makes people feel better. I guess that is the best topic...cuz you don't want to talk about elections while eating, don't you think.
