Michael Chertoff, US homeland security dude, said clean skin Brits are a threat and are out there. But we kind of know who they are, so why can't we create a two-track passport and ID system?

Clean skin means people with no existing criminal record but who have intent to commit acts of terrorism. ie; muslims

I agree with two track passport after all there has been more than a couple of British terrorists charged with terrorism in foreign countries.
Other countries should be vigilant when it comes to Clean skin Brits their deceitful,ungrateful, lying and barbaric way of life precedes them.

clean Skins?? that's a new one. The Irish in the 1970's were the recipients of miscarriages of justice, for the simple fact of their nationality was enough to imprison them, remember the Birmingham 6, the Guildford 4??
The only public support these misdemeanours achieved was against the British justice system and the police for wrongful conviction and mistreatment these people suffered.
Also the detention without trial, used in the 1970's only added more young people, who would otherwise have no political leanings into the paramilitaries.
It is a tricky time we are living in, but shouldn't we try to learn from the past.

There are an estimated 10,000 potential clean skinned terrorist Brits in UK alone. Not sure how many [if any] are out already, such as doing terrorist training in Afghanistan/Pakistan. The 7/7 bombers in London were 'clean skin' Brits.
Keep an open mind. Search every one and every thing. Let no bag go unsearched etc. Scan everyone.
A two-tire PP sys will not work. Focus on everyone arriving in USA regardless. People will not mind being scanned several times before they even leave the airport if that's going to stop a terrorist [clean skinned Brit] getting in.
The main threat to US is home grown terrorists. Not simply clean skinned Brits. Stay alert.

doesnt sound like cancer- its no longer moveing correct? this sounds both like a cyst or a scar of a few style, notwithstanding, if its were given a scab on correct, it may properly both be contaminated and characteristic scabbed over the an infection, or oit will be some type of chew or wound that has become contaminated and your cat has began to attack it and sctratch or chew at it any way she will be able to, so i could really recommend seeing the vet, it may worsen if its an infection and then reason her discomfort or ailment.

Its impossible unless profiling is used.
The chances are 99.9% that a terrorist is male, from a muslim background and a 2nd or 1st generation immigrant.
Any sensible government would target resources on this profile, at airports, in the community, stop and search etc... but we have a loony PC government who is scared to take simple sensible action, as the liberals would claim its racist, which it isn't, so we have a mess in our security at airports, and ports, with resources spent strip searching old pensioners and the plainly innocent putting baby medicine in bags and waiting days for a flight.

Not all the terrorists are originally from a Muslim background, some have converted. Plus, no matter what, we should never lump all Muslims (or any religion, nationality etc) into one.

The British government do try to something about them but when the liberal left wing softies get involved it seems we can't even send known criminals out of the country - it is against their human/civils rights. What about the rights of innocent people?
