Probably right , though sorting wheat from chaff is fairly easy with some of the stuff posted for a length of time without any violations given by y/h Whenever there's over 10 thumbs down on a Q - it's well warranted and usually nothing to do with an opinion expressed, rather the content.

I THINK IT DEPENDS ON THE ANSWER IE IF THE ANSWER IS JUST SOME IDIOT OUT TO OFFEND OR PROVOCK A RESPONCE THEN I THINK THAT THE THUMBS DOWN IS A GOOD WAY OF MAKING YOUR FEELINGS KNOWN WITHOUT STOOPING DOWN TO THERE LEVEL
