Since most of the deaths are Sunni and shia killing each other it has to be the Muslims.
When it comes to Palestine you seem to lack a little knowledge of history. The start of the problem was the creation of Israel. Palestine was an area not a state. Therefore Palestinians are fighting for an ideal and not to recover a state!
The six days war happened because Israel was ringed by a huge build up of tanks and troops that were getting ready to over run it. Further battles and wars followed.
Israel was in fact the first to offer to give back land for a Palestinian state! Sadly Arafat turned them down flat! So in many ways Arafat is the one responsible for the ongoing situation!
So when posing a question like your - first get to know the history.
Too many people take sides or take up misunderstood ideals as your question appears to do and all that does is fuel the wars and violence.

It's up to your own leaders to bring peace in your country. The who is YOU. The USA has nothing to do with your unending hate for your won countrymen!
You guys have been murdering each other for 10,000 YEARS! Long before there was a USA. And I doubt anyone but yourselves can stop this hate war! If we weren't there, you'd probably be dead and unable to even write this silly statement disguised as a question!
Maybe a REAL leader from Israel, or Iraq,someone from within their own countries would be the ones responsible for their own countries?? Novel idea, I know. But hey, that's why you pay us the big bucks....

Bullcrap! The ones who are going to stop this are the Palestinians, the Afghans and the Iraqis. They need to cut the crap and join the 21st Century. If they stop behaving like ignorant savages, the killing would stop.

Let's see here........ The US invaded Panama.....we don't rule Panama. We invaded Haiti.....we don't rule Haiti. We liberated Kuwait.........we don't rule Kuwait. We invaded Iraq and overthrew a monster.......and set an Iraqi government up who runs themselves........we don't rule over Iraq. And Israel hasn't invaded anyone, neither rules over anyone. So where is the validity to your question? I see none.
