What you describe appears to be what for years has been known as "bleeding piles" and this is very common but perhaps rarely talked about.

Even nurses doing a PST test often call this hemmorhoids. Naturally, this is result of improper wiping that leaves excrement to become dry and irritate the skin around the anus ring and leads to an infectious situation.

This can be as painful as a boil and fester as one also. The white liquid found when squeezing or bursting of it's own accord is infectious and can spread . Blood will be present also and the pain will multiply.

The resolve is first to bathe in warm soapy water daily and apply an anti-biotic ointment immediately afterwards. If pain and irritation are severe during the day, apply ointment more often. This will soften the skin and reduce the irritation.

After bathing and wiping dry, DO NOT use that towel anyplace else on your body. Toss it to launder right away.

Pile lumps will stay with you for the rest of your life but only lack of cleanliness will cause them to erupt. Once the problem has been resolved, pain and bleeding past and feeling comfortable, it would be good to apply Preparation-H to the area around the anus ring to soften the skin at times you may feel itchy. Sweating also can add to the irritation.

If this does not resolve your situation in a couple of weeks then definitely seek professional examination as the infection may have gotten to extremes.

This sounds like it could be a pimple. I would recommend double checking with your dr about this to be on the safe side. They can also tell you of some ways to deal with this thing.
