what i have to do ? operating system is Win XP Sp 2 and Multimedia and sound is not working also some drivers are missing and I do not have any cd

Download a software that will detect your hardware. Once you have all the missing hardware go to the developers' website and download the missing drivers from there.

If you already know the sound/VGA card then directly download their drivers from the drivers from the developers' website.

Sounds like you might need the "Chipset Software". It's available on the Toshiba tech support driver download site for your model.
Doesn't hurt to update it even if it's not the root problem. After that, it should recognize all the devices on the motherboard, and once you reboot, it will probably pick up the other drivers automatically.
