I can't find any art classes that only teaches ppl how to draw manga/anime....so I kinda learn how to draw by watching tv and reading books. Can I still become a manga artist?

its not about taking classes, its about passion and inate tlent. love what u do and practice ur own style, today everything is open tp new ideas nowadays. from writing to painting, to drawing. and acting. aytng creative is no longer in a box. create ur own style!

I agree with the above poster. A general education in art will help you with your technique. Of course, some artists do not require a traditional education--but many if not most benefit from instruction. And learning the many different varieties of drawing will open the door to more opportunities in the art world, which, as you know, is quite competitive.

Drawing classes will greatly improve your drawing, even if they are not specifically about manga. You will learn a lot of techniques, and get a lot of drawing practice, which will help you draw better manga.

Besides that, I have seen books on drawing manga in the art section at the bookstore.

well first you're gonna have to go to japan. otherwise, it would be considered a comic book or cartoon.
