Video games is a good hobby that keeps your reflexes fast and problem solving skills sharp. Games like Guitar Hero also teach people a sense of being able to play an instrument even if they have no musical knowledge. Videogames today are a far cry from what they used to be.

If you are devoting every ouce of spare time to games or putting off other things to play games, it's a waste of time. If you play for reasonable amounts of times and don't let it get in the way of your day to day activities, it's a hobby. Just like anything else, moderation is the key.

It's entertainment. It's no more of a waste of time than playing cards, chess, bridge, or any other game with no physical gain in the end. I can't say it's like knitting or woodworking because in the end you do have some product in hobbies like that.

If I do my mom and dad would be offended at me for dropping money. till now paying for a video activity, I even tend to verify comments and a few gameplay approximately it. whilst paying for the activity, i attempt to seem for a smart value. If that's DS video games I even tend to get them used. yet disc, I in many situations get new. interior the top I would desire to end the activity or a minimum of play it sometimes.

its not a waste of time and money as long as you moderate, its fun kills free time joyable, good for some groupactivities likespending time with friends or father and son or whatever..... but some become addictive to it and in that case it isa waste of time and money.
