Is it safe to run those programs together to save time? I was wondering if it would interfere with anything. Thanks.

The programs you can only run one of, one firewall, and one antivirus program.....Otherwise they will conflict with eachother....

It is actually recommended that you install more than one antispyware program.....Most web sites will recommend the 2 you have installed now, each one focuses on a different type of spyware.......you can have both of these installed on your pc at once, just dont try to scan your drive with both at the same time, scan with one, then set the other to scan an hour or two later.....

I've had both installed and running on my PC but eventually, I got so tired of updating both of them (plus the anti-viruses), not to mention the very noticeable reduction in speed in my computer due to the constant inspection performed by each of these software. In the end, I threw all of them out. All you really need to do is to have a good firewall installed and properly configured, plus use a more secure browser like Firefox. A good sense of what's safe and not safe on the Internet also helps.

I don't think it would hurt, but I always run them one after the other.

If you are concerned about spyware, you might consider running Microsoft Defender (free). It runs in the background and stops spyware all the time. It's pretty good too.

Yes it is safe, I have done it. I don't recommend it.
It might get awkward if they both detect the same problem and both want to remove it.

how do you mean by 'run', if you mean 'scanning' then do one at a time, its easier and faster for each program - depending on your cpu and ram
