What did Plato think? Who are big believers/starters of Constructivism? What are some good books that break it down without being too intellectual for a sophomore college student to grasp? What do you think of it?
I was using a basic example to figure out for myself. I dated a guy recently and he stopped called, I decided this was because I didn't share some similar interests as him. Then I realized that I had based all my actions on this decision of why he stopped calling but (most likely) it wasn't the REAL reason he stopped calling (the true reality) but the true reason is basically irrelevant because I created my own reality out of what I percieved and will never see him again. People do it all the time. This may seem like a shallow example but is this about right?

yes, your view of why he stopped calling is one that you constructed,,,,, you made up the facts/theory to explain the situation,,,,,

essentialism feels that things are a certain way,,, always that way,,, irregardless of circumstances or personal viewpoint
