did you know that the president of the united states got a C average in college?

but what you might not have known was that college was yale university, my point an average grade in yale university is not shabby at all.

you might think something like "he only got in that school because his father was president"

well your wrong, bush's father was an obscure representative at that time.

your reply?

He had a higher GPA than Kerry which I believe.. I think you need to re-check your source. He flew F-104's. That was not an easy plane to fly.

When your father is a multi-millionaire and a representative that DOES matter in the eyes of a learning institution.

Are you kidding me? The guy got an MBA with a C average. You can't even get into the MBA program at my school without at least a 3.3 GPA, averaging around 3.6 or so. Not a lousy 2.0. A 'C' grade is a bad grade no matter what University you go to.

I'm not entirely sure what Bush specialized in... but judging by his performance it sure wasn't finance or operations management. Judging by his past business failures I think it's fairly safe to say the guy isn't that bright in the business world, the political world... and I never thought of it until you pointed it out, but in the academic world to.

Can't wait for those Dems to take office in '08.

I knew. Getting a C average isn't the best, but it doesn't ruin someone's career before it starts. His father probably helped, though, in some way.

I agree with your point about the GPA, but Bush doesn't come across as the type who'd be accepted to such a school just on his merit alone. Have you heard him talk?
