Yes, you could be a little paranoid, but I think it has more to do with your lack of self confidence and negative image you have of yourself. No one should judge you unless they are perfect themselves and you will never find a perfect person. Jesus is the only perfect one and He is the only one we should worry about judging us. People take one look at a person and judge them based soley on appearance. It happens to all of us. Don;t worry about what others think about you other than the most important people in your life. What you think of yourself is far more important. Accept yourself for who you are be proud of yourself.

I would say more like a self esteem issue. Who has the right to judge you only you know your own truth, no one else can, you are probably thinking these things about yourself first.

I always felt the same, you cannot please everyone. To me that is normal as crab mentality is part of our existence. all you need to do is do what you think is good, we are all free to do what we wanted to do but be sure you don't hurt anyone
