There is not a "mileage" replacement for batteries, replace when it fails, get one with a decent warranty. The warranties are typically in months.
Good luck

Battery life depends on your usages and maintenance. On the average a standard battery is about 3 to 4 years, which is already very good. Open circuit test, a good battery should read 13.6 - 14 V
Do check your charging system to ensure it is providing good charging to your battery when the engine is running. It can be a defective alternator or a wrongly adjusted voltage regulator that causing a weak battery! Properly charging rate - 16.5V
Check it up with a voltmeter before you change the battery. Send the 4 year old battery for charging is waste of time and effort. Just change a new one - it save you all the troubles and other costs!! Just spend less over a few jug of Beers!
Happy Driving

Replacing the battery is not a question of the number of miles you have put on the car it is more the number of years the battery has been in the car, and that is not always critical either as I have a battery right now in a car that has been in the car for over 7 years now and it still starts fine. If you are experiencing trouble starting I would suggest having your mechanic load test the battery, and test your charging system, the problem you are having may not be the battery.

You can't use mileage as the barometer. Take the car in and have the battery tested. If you need a new one, they'll gladly tell you.

Car batteries arent rated at mileage, but in amp hours, As long as the voltage is approx 12v (engine not running) and approx 14v engine running, the battery is functional.

I wouldn't replace the battery until it is ready to be replaced. Unless you have the extra time and money to do so.
