How to solve the present Afghanistan crisis?

The reson fo asking this question is the prevelience of complex nature of tradition in Afghanistan and the unawarence of the people of USA and Euorop. Using of force has not been successful in the past. What to do to achieve longer lasting peace:
Intencefication of force against the militents
Negotiate with the warring faction
Engage the people in nation building through community based work

US withdrawal is the only solution to the crisis in Afghanistan. Let the people thereat administer self governance.

The Problem has never been with Islam, just like the past, it is the governments of American and Israel which are creating violence in the two regions.
Creating of difference between Shiia and Sunni in Iraq, Creating Difference between Hamas and Fatah in Palestine, and installing a poppet government in Afghanistan which its president is only looking for the interest of his own tribe (Pashtoons).

And the same it is happening in Pakistan Bush’s Musharraf.
