I have decided to buy a new PC, as my others are getting old now.
I am stuck between which PC to buy though and was wondering if anyone could help and tell me which one they would get and why.

System number 1 is a dell:
Processor: AMD LIVE!TM PC based on the AMD AthlonTM 64 X2 dual-core processor 5000+
Memory: 2048MB DDR2 RAM
Harddrive: 320GB SATA Hard Drive(7200rpm)
Graphics Card: 256MB PCI Express ATI X1300 Pro

System number 2 is from Novatech
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 2MB Cache Dual Core 64 BitProcessor
Memory: 2048MB 533MHz DDR2 Ram
Harddrive: 250GB Serial ATA II Hard Drive
Graphics Card: nVidia 7600GT 256MB PCI-E Graphics

If you have any other suggestions for under £700 that would be helpful.

Do you personally know anybody who can build a computer? If you can get a hold of someone that will build you a custom PC, you can buy everything from Frys or newegg.com for a cheaper price unless your going for credit.
Dell is more reliable but more expensive.

System 2 is the better system for gaming. System 1 has more storage space but the graphics are inferior (they will be good enough but if you want to play games you'll want to get something better than an X1300).

I would also advise that you try as hard as you can not to get Windows Vista because that is known to have a lot of trouble with games (also note that ATi's Vista drivers are better than nVidia's in case you do end up with Vista).

They are both equal, except the video card, where system 2 has a clearly better video card, geforce 7600.
