Unless you are in a country that doesn't recognize sexual harassment or abuse of women as a crime, then you should probably just fire her. Even if you had her consent to be spanked for mistakes, most states in the US don't recognize consent to be a legitimate defense for abuse cases. The laws are often worded to protect people that either don't know their rights, or that stay in a relationship because they "love" their abuser. In Florida, spanking your wife would be considered spousal abuse, and the courts don't need her testimony to convict you, and her testimony won't do much to defend you, either. These are laws that are outdated, and need to be reworded to better reflect what is wrong and what is right.

Sounds like fantasy. If it's for real, make damn sure you have her consent, otherwise you could wind up getting sued for assault, sexual harassment and a whole lot more.

If you can. Think you are one to blame. Who hired her in first place???
I mean you are prone to mediocrities, and you must not refuse to live with the results of you choices.-
