My nipples have been sore for about well I noticed about three days ago.My period is due soon, so could that be the cause. Me and my husband also had sex on April 1,2007 and we used a condom but at the end he pulled it off and finished at the opening of my vagina. Could I get pregnant, and why do you think my nipples are sooo sore.

I do agree with some of the people who already answered your question ,but you see this could also happen if there is hormonal imbalance in one person due to the timing of your periods or abuse of drugs /medicines
there are many answers to your Q ,but you have to see and find it out your self as all of us would be guessing the situation. Apart from getting pregnant (You could be).Best of luck if you wan rt to be / get pregnant

They can be a good idea to use a couple of times a day if your having problems. But iv also heard they can confuse your baby. Your babe is only 5 days old, breastfeeding is hard for the first few weeks they do need to keep being re latched and you can be a bit sore. But it does get much easier. So i would do whatever makes you feel most comfortable it is important that mommy is happy, so if you like the idea of breastshield they use them for every other feed so you get some relief and more time in between feeds to heel but then babe wont get to use to the idea of the different sucking action on a shield x

Period or pregnancy. Yes you can get pregnant if the sperm is on th lips of the vulva at all. Why do you think they always show little sperms "swimming" a race? They travel-like a heat seeking missile. You can get pregnant if the sperm is on your anus. It does not have to be inside your vagina. I always noticed my nipples being sore due to pregnancy about 3-4 weeks later-but every woman is different. You can judge better if it is not your 1st pregnancy.

It sounds like the soreness of your nipples are related to your period coming.

Breast tenderness and soreness are common signs of a period coming. I found that wearing a larger bra helped me to deal with some of that.

You could try putting a face towel with warm water on it on your breasts too to see if that helps to ease some of the pain. Limiting the amount of caffeine that you take in during this time may also help ease some of the pain and tenderness too.

It is possible for it to be your period...how much worse is it then usual? When I became pregnant my breasts were the first clue, but I thought it was just going to be a particularly bad period.
But yes, you can be pregnant. Even just touching yourself after you get some on you can get you pregnant...It seems the chances of it happening increase greatly the less you want/are trying.
Well, good luck either way!

Breast tenderness is very common in women that are getting ready to get their period as well in the beginning of pregnancy. Based on the time that you had sex, I'd say expect the period.

Sometimes my breasts get sore right before I start my period. If your period is late and they are still sore, try a pregnancy test. Good luck!

You could be pregnant, although it is unlikely. Mine get REALLY sore and tender before my period, too! So no worries!
