One in the morning if I am going out (to work or anywhere) If I am hanging in the house all day, I dont shower. Some natural stink is always fun to trip out the people that may stop by. Maybe thats why they have stopped stopping by...

One, unless I sweat again from either working out or rolling in the hay with someone special...then I'll take another. In the summer i take at least two a day.
