Ham - pour a little bit of ginger ale into the pan(about 1-2 inches), to add flavor and keep the ham from drying out. Cover it with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Cook at 350, about 45 minutes, depending on the weight.
Mashed potatoes are simple. Peel and chop into segments. You can even leave this skins on (I like them better that way) like restaurants such as "Applebee's does, as long as you scrub the potatos first. Boil for 20 minutes, or until soft. Use a handheld mixer to mash them with a little bit of butter, milk, and salt. Country crock makes mashed potatoes in a bowel that just have to be microwaved. But don't use instant potatoe flakes. Their nasty.
Sweet potatoes are very simple to make. Buy canned yams(large), and add about 1/2 stick of butter (sliced into segments) and about 1 cup of brown sugar. Bake on 300 for 15-20 minutes. Top with some mini-marshmallows, and put it back in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows brown over.
Heat up some corn and butter, and some dinner rolls, and you will have a Easter dinner!
For desert, you can buy a bunny cake at local grocery store.

Pre cooked ham. Reheat in the oven with cloves and a basic honey glaze(one part honey, one part water and half of part sugar heated). Make some mashed potatoes, cook some frozen dinner rolls, warm up some green peas with a bit of butter over it add a pre made salad. and for dessert get some type of pie and cook it according to the directions.
