You can't.
Possesion of Military grade wapons is illegal.
Heck, it is illegal for the MILITARY to use them...doesn't stop 'em from having them, they're just not allowed to play with them, and they become REAL cranky - shoot 'em now and let god figger it out cranky - when someone steals their toys.
However, for a civilian version, it's called a lighter.

well you need to do more than just buy the flame thrower kit it works of of un burned fuel from the car and that's the whole point of a Cadillac converter"to burn un used gas it might burn the the tips a lil but no biggie really and as far as the bumper as long as its not a steady flame coming out i think you will be fine

Go to an agriculture supply store. Farmers use them to kill noxious weeds and clean out ditches. In fact, you probably could pick one up at a farm auction somewhere.

I don't know and I don't think you should be able to buy one. Big fat weapon there, big! I think they are only available for commercial work, armed forces and movie making. Sorry.
