Great pick for best movie! I, too, love to dance, although I wonder if I embarrass my hubby on the dance floor LOL
My favorite movie that comes to mind is, "What the Bleep Do We Know"....it really made me THINK! You have to be in a certain frame of mind to take it all in...but pls give it a try.

It was called "The Devil's Arithmetic". It was a movie about the Holocaust, and what the people went through. It was a REALLY good movie, but I can never find it anymore.
Also, "Broke-down Palace" with Clair Danes. It was about two girls who went on vacation, and got caught smuggling drugs into a different country (They didn't actually do it, some guy stuffed the drugs into her backpack), and their story about the prison there. I don't remember what country it was supposed to be.
My favorite movies are ones bast on actual events, mostly psychological thrillers.

Well, I love movies way too much to pick a single favorite, but ONE of my favs is "The Island" because the plotline is unique, the characters are fresh and go together, and, even though it's sci-fi, I feel it's still possible in our crazy society. You could check out the plotline on Wikipedia.

The Bells of St. mary- Still to this day I bet I watchit two or three times a year! the sweet story line and the funny stories in it like the NUN teaching boxing- still make me smile!
And whats not to love about Bing Crosby!

My favorite movie is called Duma.
If you haven't seen it then rent it because it's cute but moving and everyone i know thats seen it has loved it. It's about a boy who finds a baby cheetah and travels through africa to return it to the wild. It may sound like a stupid plot, but it's an amazing movie!!!!

Singing in the Rain.. It is such a great classic movie... Its a musical lots of dancing! Gene Kelly is my Idol.. I used to watch the movie alot when i was a kid, so i have good memories.. U should rent singing in the rain, it is the best! ciao

My all-time favorite movie in "The Lady Eve" starring Barbara Stanwyk and Henry Fonda. It is a fast paced screwball, comedy/romance and I absolutely adore it! The dialog is fantastic. I wish more people knew about it ...

My favorite movie is Pursuit of Happyness because it shows that no matter how difficult life may be, you can overcome any obstacles that are in your way and you can be a success if you work hard enough and put your mind to it.
