for the past two months or so i have had a bad oder down below and u can really only tell during sex. People have always told me that douching was bad. Should i do it and will it get rid of my smell?!?!?! HELP

No, don't do it! It sounds like you may have an infection, like maybe bacterial vaginosis, which will only be worsened by douching.
See a doctor, as soon as possible. A bad vaginal smell is not normal.

Not only should you douche-once a month after your period-You should also go to a gynocologist and get checked up for any yeast, bacterial, or other problem that may be causing an unpleasant smell. If your worried about any ill effects from douching, stay away from the scented ones. Stick with a mild vinigar/water type-and if you have any re-occuring yeast problems try a medicated douche called Benadine.

If you have been having this for two months already, you'd better see the doctor. You may need a course of antibiotics.
There may be a couple of reasons why you got an infection in the first place. You will need to look into preventative measues once you are treated for this time. Those who get it once are likely to be prone to getting them.

I've never had any problems with douching. It takes the smell away and you feel cleaner. Just make sure you do it after a shower or bath and everything is sanitary and you won't have any problems.

Never douche. It can only cause you harm.
See your doctor about that odour. A bad odour indicates a medical problem, and that requires medical assistance.
