You get what is the most comfortable for you to start out in. Giving both a try is a good idea, but a sports bra would allow for growth more so than a training bra I would think. I remember when I finally needed a bra, I was excited and got my first training bra... heck, that thing didnt fit me no time before I was needing a bigger one... some " training, huh?"

When I was starting to wear bras I wore sports bras. They are comfortable and easy to get used to. A training bra is in the children's section and used for younger girls. Start out with a sports bra, then once you're used to that try a "real" bra. They make smaller sizes and that's what I use too!

They are very similar, but not the same. A training bra is mainly just to cover & protect your developing nipples and keep them from showing through your cloths. They have very little support because at this point, your breasts are still very firm, and can stand on their own.
A sports bra will do the same thing as a training bra, but it is also made to support your breasts, especailly during exersize.
I would only go with a training bra, if you are to uncomfortable in a sports bra.

It is important to wear some kind of support from the beginning.
A sports bra is designed more for athletic activities. If you are not athletic, then you should just get a regular bra. If you are not full figured, then you probably don't the need under wire type yet. Though for a larger bust, it will give you the best support and look great under your clothes. The right bra will make you and your clothing look polished and complete.
The best color to begin with is a neutral color that goes with your skin tone.
I never realized how expensive bras could be until I started buying them for myself. So when you see the brand names on sale, check them out. It's nice to build up a collection of pretty undergarments in different colors.

Sport bras and training bras are along the same lines. But I would start out with at least one training bra in order to get comfortable.
Get both and find out which works best for you

I read an article once that if you put a pencil under your breast and it can hold it then its time for a bra. A training bra is usually meant for little girls, so you'll find it in the girls sections. But now bras are made in smaller sizes so you get the grown up bra look in any size that you need. If your unsure, you can always go to a dept store or like a victorias secret to get measured. Not only will they give you a proper size they will teach you a lesson in bras.

training bra or for preteens or those who have not really started to developed yet. training bra are usually for in the girls dept. and are for extra coverage(little nipple coverage) when a tank underneath your is not as comfortable.
sport bras are good for any size if they have the right support. I'm a ddd cup and I have a few great sports bras. sound like its time for real bra. try exploring more than sports bra. Victoria Secretes' pink line sounds just right for you.

well, i would suggest to get both a sport and training. the difference is a sports bra is for when you work out, it kind of restrains your breasts so your not uncomftorable when working out. training bra is just for wearing on a regular basis. but do not get underwire. it is really uncomftorable.

Get a push up bra. once you yet a push up bra, that's a solid thought to splurge nonetheless. The extra much less costly ones (like in case you have been to get one at walmart) seem lots much less actual than the dearer ones, like at VS or nordstroms. the situation of the padding is definitely important. i like the surprising bras from victorias secret lots, yet absolutely everyone is going to love something distinctive. Ask the sales man or woman what they reccomend, the ladys there heavily have tried all the bras and recognize precisely what to represent. in case you're embarassed asserting you desire your boobs to look extra desirable, tell her that to procure a gown to positioned on out and you're finding for something that provides you with a advance in length and cleavage or something like that to fill out the gown extra appropriate.
