easy, but you have to pay close attention. first download a faster free (and an extra wont give ur computer viruses or slow down your computer)called azureus (go to www.azureus.com) nexed after you have it downloaded go to www.meganova.com and serch in the serchbar on that site for whatever you want (movies,music , media ,files,programs ect.) then make sure its a high resoulution (the numbers beside the files that pop up after you click serch) would be higher numbers. then click download . when you click "download this torrent file " a box should apeer like select programe to download to (just make sure its setted to azureus) and then click OPEN file NEVER click save file . and wait till the file downloads on azureus ..then after its done it should apeer on the bottom of the screen right click open then cut and paste your file where ever you want it to go.

also b4 u download i said "numbers" b4 ment to say seed and peers also with meganova you get the added bouns od a helthbar make sure thats high too (or choose the highest one)
