STORES: Well most 14+ girls like abercombie and fitch and hollister. Those may be expensive and can be tacky. I shop at the sales and I get really cute stuff! That's all I shop at. Other girls like forever 21, wetseal, american eagle, and aeropostal. I would suggest skipping aeropostal, if you don't want to look like someone who just came into elementary school. If your small enough, you can shop at abercrombie( kid version of a&f) for cheaper prices. Also go to tj maxx. Name brands for cheap prices I got gold uggs for $50 and some cute hollister tops STYLES: I LOVE ruffled shirts. The best ones are tanks/ sleeveless, but add a cardigan! Neutral colors are best(: U must have skinny jeans. They are so comfortable and stylish. I love dark wash skinny jeans because they look really feminine. Okay I know a lot of people hate it, but UGGS are so Cute! Wear uggs over skinny jeans! Sometimes just a simple vneck with your best pair of jeans is a simple cute look. Short shorts are tacky, get some that are not to short but not too long. For me, my standards in clothes are WAY TOO HIGH. I can't shop at anything other than hollister of a&f. I can't walk into forever 21 without gagging. Don't set your standards to high, for me, the damage is done Have fun!!

I'd say go to Aeropostale if you're preppy (it's okay, but some of the clothing sucks!)
pacsun (some cute stuff for not too high of a price. billabong, element, etnies, vans, it has a lot)
forever 21 (full of very cute and unique stuff. you should try it! and there are lots of clothes there for low prices! Like everyone in my school goes there)
of course there's hollister and abercrombie. but they're not really for people with a budget.

it isnt always about name brand clothes. now a days its all about being unique. try mix matching things. creating your own style. if you really dont know how to do it than try looking at the kind of style your going to. stores such as forever21 (which is a huge one).. has tons of different styles from cute. punk to preppy to vogue style. plus they're not expensive so you can get a lot for less than usual stores. if you really rather stick to brands depending on your style go to seventeen.com and look in magazines to see what you like most.

No one is going to know what brand you're wearing. If you shop for a certain style, the clothes will be most likely cheaper

Limited Too is the first to pop on my head. But I also reccommend abercrombie kids, American Eagle, PacSun, and maybe hollister. For cheaper price, go to Old Navy.
