Find or borrow a pair of skinny jeans you like, then put them on top of the jeans in question. pin the inside of your jeans along the inside seam of the skinny jeans and,( with your jeans inside-out) machine sew along the pins, take out the pins, try on your jeans, and if you like how they fit, cut of the now unused matirial in the inside.

you can cut some out if it is a big flare and then scrunch together to make it skinny and sew so that you cant realy see the seam.

let out the seam at the bottom and fold the fabric over untill it take the skinny shape you want. then sew up the new seam.

works great, and give i cool angeled seam line.
