Tundra is anywhere where tree gowth is hindered by low temperatures or short growing season. There is actic tundra, antarctic tundra and alpine tundra. Alpine refers to altitude causeing the tundra.

Longitude: almost literally 90N to 90S.

Any mountain top "above the treeline" is a tundra
