No, corporations are not US citizens. They cannot vote, but they are persons with respect to conducting business.

yes. generally, to do anything with the legal system, you have to be a citizen of that country. that's kind of one of the perks of being a citizen. Like... being a member of a club. There are benefits, there are costs. And intruders/freeloaders are not looked kindly upon and definitely are NOT allowed to voice grievances with the establishment that they're not even a member of. Obviously, if you are mistreated, you can be heard - but to get out of paying for stuff you got while here?? That's pretty cheeky!
