Yes, ever since I married my husband 30 years ago. His mother never really liked me much and apparently bad-mouthed me to others behind my back. So even though my in-laws have both passed away, I still don't feel accepted by the rest of the family. Holidays are especially uncomfortable. I guess the old saying: "Once a black sheep, always a black sheep" holds true.

I'm more of the "black sheep in training" of the family.
My mom has the black sheep title already.
She's a tattoo artist, has had very intersting hair colors/dos, has several piercings, about 250 individual tattoos, and is totally an oddball.
I strive to be just like her; well maybe not exactally.... she's into women.
I'm more of a strictly dickly girl, no lickety slits here.

No, we don't really have a black sheep. If I had to choose, I'd say one of my brothers is the closest to being a black sheep.

maybe in my intermediate family. My younger sister is a brown noser and my parents LOVE it, (I'm 24 and she is 21)but I told them very bluntly at a young age (11) that if it takes sucking up to them to gain their love then I am fine the way things are. BUT in my family as a whole I fit right in. I'm close with the aunts uncles and cousins.
