there is nothing called true/ right/good or false/ wrong/ bad and it is matter of perception by the person who wants to prove anything to be true/right/good/false/wrong/bad etc.
The action does not determine whether anything is right or wrong, it is the intent behind the action that determines it.
No you can know that anything can right/wrong based any persons intent.

Right until proven wrong.
Interestingly, people tend to always assume the opposite. If someone is accused of something, people will always tend to think the person is guilty until proven innocent. We always hear "prove your innocence" more than we hear "prove their guilt" (I've never heard that, actually).
I think it's an interesting psychological question. But rather simply to answer. Logically, when someone is accused of something, we figure that there must be a reason that they are being accused, so we wait for them to disprove of this accusation. If they are brought up on accusations, the subject matter at hand becomes the accusation, and thus the logical focus is on what can make this accusation false. So basically, the way we think, it's actually wrong until proven right.
I think it's actually quite a problem in the jury system. People are initially more inclined to reach a guilty verdict.

Neither. Something is not right or wrong until proven. Never assume, because it makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me".

it depends on what we are talking about.... Faith/religion: right until proven wrong but things like the end of the world, animal cruelity, wearing fur, etc: WRONG until proven right ( which I doubt will ever happen)... so I guess I'm mostly right until proven wrong! :o)

If it's right, it's right even before being proven right.
If it's wrong, it's wrong even before being proven wrong.
