I am very intelligent and for the majority of my life everybody blew me off because I was so young, that they thought I couldn't possibly know what they were talking about or have anything contributable to say and then everyone started calling me the "know-it-all" and still not listening to me. Now that I'm an adult a lot of those same people are coming back to me and saying "you remember when.........and you said to do this..........and I didn't listen to you? Well, turns out you were right and I'm sorry I didn't listen to you then." No joke, this has happened several times, and I can actually say in a proud manner that I am intelligent and that I'm not ashamed of it and I'm not going to try to hide it anymore.

I want people to be able to see into my eyes and be able to feel the compassion, kindness, tolerance and acceptance that I have for others. There is goodness in all of us - we are all pure at heart - we just all need to be able to let it out to shine.
