My birthday's in November so nothing that can't be duplicated indoos, and i know it might seem a little early but I wanna stat planning and tweak it if I have to. Oh and nothing tooo extravigant I'm not rich.
I just want somthing fun that all my freinds can enjoy.

you want to have a fun sweet 16's? remember that your sixteen once and then you're older. and life just passes you by so just have fun. what'll make your 16th year special is not your party, it'll be who you are with, how many experiences you learn from, and how many good memories you'll make with the people you love and who love you back.

Have your B-party at the end of October. Everyone dress up for Holloween. Also, everyone brings their own movie cameras and your part is to process and judge them all and post them on your blog.
You can also have costume contests, Scariest, chjeapest, sluttiest, lamest, best, worst, most colorful, biggest, smallest, most at a time, and funnyest
Kicker, you can have a DVD made of all the entries and everyone at the party can get one. If you invite a local tv station weather forcaster ... you'll be sure to make the late news.

i have been to many sweet 16's and i hate that they do not have good music,i have been to most partys i would reccommend you getting a dj and not so much light,shy people wont dance when their is light,some neon light or crystal balls,invite lots of people you dont know or else i think it will be boring having people you already know,make it fun invite everyone so you will make new friends and happy birthday in advance and dont forget it only happens once and you are queen for the night

Kegger time. And some other stuff should be nice and dry too, so bring some paper towel tubes. Of course I spent my 16th birthday 2,500 miles from home and in a county jail so I wouldn't take my advice.

a Scorpio baby?or a Sagitarius? kekeke.. ok..umm if you're the party type...why not PARTY and HIT IT! woo.. umm.. if not- go for a family dinner..u know share your happiest day with your loved ones. Or if not, you can have a sleep-over night at your house or sth like that.

well i don't know if you aware, but the 80's clothes are coming back, you could have a 80's party... and if that's lame you could have a party that have something that relate to winter since November is during that time.
