Brahms' Second Clarinet Sonata. ~Oh so much fun to play, and beautiful to listen to.
Sing a song of sixpence ~It's been in my head for a while now, even if it is a folk/nursery song, but I love the fact that it's really about Blackbeard recruiting pirates.
Sympathy for the Devil, Led Zepplin ~I like the ridiculous tone of the song, and how it talks about the evils that man has done throughout the ages. Not to mention that it's a bit of an earworm.
The Man Who Never Returned, Kingston Trio version ~Originally a political rallying song for George O'Reil, a Socialist Canidate for Mayor in Boston, it has become THE unofficial theme song for Boston's T, which makes it awesome in my book. Not to mention that it's a fun bluegrass piece.
The Wild Rover, English Drinking song ~Nuff Said.
There are probably a million others, but I tried to give you a wide scope of the types of music that interests me. This isn't even getting into all the different types of Non-western folk music that's out there.

Anyone who finds this question remotely answerable has no business answering it. As such, I will do the only thing that makes any sense and spout off the first five songs iTunes plays when shuffled and only displaying five-star rated songs:
Joanna Newsom - Bridges and Balloons
Pixies - Monkey's Gone To Heaven
Justice - Waters of Nazareth
Foo Fighters - Everlong
Lou Reed - Perfect Day

Led Zeppelin. I love all of their music. I'd be hard pressed to pick a fave song, but I love "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You", "What Is and What Should Never Be", "Immigrant Song", "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You", "Going to California", "Tangerine", "Out on the Tiles" and "When the Levee Breaks". All their stuff is great, though.

I personally think Incubus has some of the best stuff in Alternative Rock history, especially the older stuff from the 90's like their album S.C.I.E.N.C.E. or Morning View.
