When I was young my next door neighbor named her daughter Summer Anne. She went through heck and more with kids teasing her about her name that by the time she got to Jr high she was only using Anne.
It sounds good, but naming kids after seasons and places (Sierra is another one that I know has problems) can be tricky for them to live up to.

I love that name. It sounds good with flower middle names like Summer Rose or Summer Lily. Good Luck!

I love Summer and Autumn. I like the name August, too. Summer sounds so warm, relaxed, and light hearted.

My neice is named Summer Storm, it is an okay name but when your daughter is president will it still be a good name is what to think about. She will not be a baby forever.Give her a name that grows.

omg my mom almost named me summer and i thank god every time i hear that name that she didnt it reminds me of some trashy white kid with ratty hair or a stripper name either or it is the queen of the rv park sorta name

Sorry, I really don't like it. It just sounds odd for a name, I mean, even though it's unique. If you are going for unique try, Anik, Karli, Lisa etc. GL~isa
