Strike up a conversation with her and ask if you could give her your telephone number and then she can decide to call you. A woman may feel vulnerable giving her number out to a stranger.

i would be flattered, but i don't know if i would give it to you. MAybe if you offered to go get some coffee together first and she got to know you. Or at least strike up a conversation that lasts for 5-10 min. she might trust you by then and be willing to give you a chance. And don't sweat; we women dont bite unless you like it!

I probable does not supply you a raffle. you're a criminal in a food market and no you would recognize. it does not rely the form you communicated. attempt to verify friendships in a secure place, like paintings or college, and circulate from there. the lady desires to have friends around while she is being approached. the guy does not escape with hurting her if this happened at paintings or college.

It would be better if a man came up to me and introduced himself first. Giving out my number to a man I've just met isn't exactly something I'm inclined to do. I'd have to get to know him first, maybe meet somewhere for coffee or something.
