i think of that interior the 1st 10-15 years after receiving a liscense, people would grow to be extra desirable drivers with adventure. i'd think of even on the age of fifty some drivers must be required to take a using attempt, basically via fact eyesight, listening to, or wellbeing issues may well be adverse to their using means. After that, i for my section have faith that each and every 5 years older drivers ought to retake the attempt. I see way too many aged people at the back of the wheel that would desire to no longer be, and that i think this would basically be safer for them and different drivers on the line.

Honestly, I was hung over like Ted Kennedy after a St. Patrick's Day party the morning I had my last driver's license picture taken. In fact, I was more than likely still drunk.

Comes in handy, though, when I get stopped on the way home from the local watering hole. Cop takes one look at my face, one look at the greenish pallor in my DL picture.......and sends me on my way.

Yes I did--but I was just biting my nail--It just happened to look like that...lol

they wont let me...back in october i had to go renew my license, and i happened to go do it on my birthday and smoke a fat joint before i went in...according to my pic, i dont have any eyes
