for a quilt it will take you ages to do , but any cross stitch patterns can be designed to put on quilt blocks. i have found several free ones. try about.com also you can get books full of cross stitch designs at the library, and walmart sometimes sells kits for thequilt blocks with the designs printed on, not counted cross stitch but printed.
